A car in which Ingush journalist Ruslan Chakhkiev was killed crashed into a parked truck, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reports today. The truck was not properly equipped to be visible on the road, suggested users of the social networks.

At night on November 5, in Nazran, two persons fell victim to a collision of a car with a truck. One of the killed men was Ruslan Chakhkiev, a presenter of the republic's TV Channel, an author of the comic show "Prime Time", sources reported.

According to the updated information, the car collided with the Kamaz car parked in Kartoev Street. As a result of a road accident, a 27-year-old resident of Nazran, who drove the Toyota Camry car, and his passenger, a 23-year-old resident of Sunzha, died before an ambulance arrived, reports today the Ingush MIA on its website. The police are to find out the causes of the road accident, the MIA's report states.

Users of the social networks write that the garbage truck was not properly equipped to be visible on the road and demand from the police to answer if the Kamaz truck had any anti-collision lights and its brake lights were in operation. Besides, the social network users claim that the situation when a truck is not equipped with all the necessary lights to be visible on the road is typical and report they themselves once almost fell victim to road accidents for the above mentioned reason, the "Ingushetia_2018" Telegram Channel reports.
