Social network users support bloggers in dispute with Nurmagomedov
The harsh criticism of the play "The Hunt for Men" by the Dagestan fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov and the statements of the bloggers, who stood up for the actors, about the threats have caused heated debates in social networks.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 26, the actor and blogger Denis Kosyakov, in a joking manner, stood up for the play "with a bed scene" "The Hunt for Men" in Dagestan, after which, as he said, he received threats, including against his wife and children. The blogger kamikadzedead also reported threats, but refused to apologize to Nurmagomedov and criticized the "fighters for morality" in Dagestan for not paying attention to social problems of the region.
"We have a lot of other more important problems in the republic: raising public transport fares, huge taxes, mad fuel prices, the killing of Gasanguseinov brothers. But Khabib, and not only him, for some reason, keeps silent about these urgent problems," Khadjimurad Khadjimuradov, a local resident, has written.
However, some social network users supported the position of the fighter.
"The champion, by using his Instagram, has called on the Dagestanis for modesty and not to attend events of dubious nature. And this is more than positive," Murtazali Rabadangadjiev wrote in the "VKontakte" social network.
Zainulla Ataev, the head of the fatwa division of the Muftiate of Dagestan, spoke out against the play "The Hunt for Men", treating it in his Instagram as a "cultural diversion." He called on the organizers of events "to reckon with the feelings of believers, in line with the unshakable moral standards that are part of Dagestanis' life."
