Social network users angered by Kadyrov bodyguard's words to Dagestani fighter
The reaction of the chief of Ramzan Kadyrov's bodyguards to the words of gratitude voiced by Dagestani fighter Rustam Kerimov, who defeated a Chechen athlete, provoked a heated debate in social networks. Users blamed Abuzaid Vismuradov for insulting the athlete from Dagestan.
The incident occurred on March 16 after the battle for the Absolute Championship Akhmat League title in light weight, in which Dagestani Rustam Karimov and Chechen Abdul-Rakhman Dudaev met. By the decision of judges, Rustam Kerimov was declared the winner, the "fightnews.info" reports.
After the battle, Rustam Kerimov addressed the Chechen authorities with words of gratitude.
A video posted the "golos.dagestana" page on Instagram shows that during the speech delivered by the Dagestani fighter, Abuzaid Vismuradov shouted something. The description of the video states he used bad words against Rustam Kerimov.
"A member of the Chechen delegation ... called our champion [...] to the whole country!.. The case requires public response; what will Kadyrov do about that?" states the description to the video.
Many commentators found the Rustam Kerimov's words about the "fraternal Chechen people" inappropriate.
"The Dagestanis always support the Chechens, but they do not deserve it," believes user polmipa.
Some social network users treated the post as a provocation aimed at spoiling the relations between the two nations.
