Chechen woman reports kidnapping of two brothers by law enforcers

Without any explanations, law enforcers have detained Islam and Umar Djabrailov in the village of Yandi, Achkhoi-Martan District, and took them to some unknown place, a woman-resident of Chechnya has stated.

"Without showing any documents, without saying anything, after throwing my father and mother onto the floor, without letting them to dress, they drove them out barefoot," a sister of the kidnapped brothers has stated.

"They were taken away by some law enforcers, who failed to tell relatives who they were, for what reason and where they were taking them. Earlier, this was treated as 'cleansings'," another villager has added.
