Relatives report return of kidnapped Chechen residents

Four residents of the Urus-Martan District, kidnapped three weeks ago, returned home after a 10-day arrest in Grozny, their relatives reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 6, the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" reported that local residents claimed the kidnapping of four residents of the Gekhi village in the Urus-Martan District, including Movsar Vakhaev, Abdulla Zairaev, Zelimkhan Kulaev, and Akhmed Sataev.

According to a relative of one of the men, all the kidnapped men returned home on February 22. They were released from arrest in Grozny, under which they were placed on February 12 and accused of disturbing public order, the HRC "Memorial" reports.
