Azerbaijan accuses Armenia of shelling attack on border village
The positions of the Azerbaijani troops in a village on the border with Armenia and in the Karabakh conflict zone were shelled 22 times from machine guns and sniper rifles, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Azerbaijan reported.
According to the Azerbaijani MoD, the fire came both from the territory of Armenia and from the positions located "near the occupied villages." "The positions of the Azerbaijani troops were shelled in the village of Zamanly and on the nameless heights in the Gadabay District," the Azerbaijani MoD reports on its official website.
