Chechen separatists' leader Akhmed Zakaev reports detention of his relatives in Chechnya

Akhmed Zakaev reported about the detention of his sisters, brothers, and nephews in Chechnya.

Today, "children of Zakaev's brother have been kidnapped", reports on Facebook Magomed Murtuzaliev, a representative of the self-proclaimed Ichkeria (the authorities of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria are included in the lists of terrorist organizations, and participation in their activities is a criminal offense).

According to Akhmed Zakaev, who lives in Great Britain, two of his sisters and two of his brothers, as well as his nephews, have been taken away to some unknown destination in Chechnya. Akhmed Zakaev associates the incident with his statements in support of the "1ADAT" Telegram channel, the "Kavkaz.Realii" reports.

In Chechnya, there is a public outcry about a video in which a naked man, who introduced himself as Salman Tepsurkaev, is sitting on a bottle and states that he is doing that in punishment for his cooperation with the Telegram channel criticizing the authorities of Chechnya. Authors of the "1ADAT" Telegram channel claimed that the moderator of their chat was kidnapped and publicly humiliated by law enforcers.
