Karabakh rescuers find bodies of 693 soldiers

Over two days, 38 bodies of deceased Armenian soldiers were found in Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan has still not allowed search rescue teams into a number of areas of the conflict zone and delays the exchange of bodies of deceased soldiers, the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) of Nagorno-Karabakh claims.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that by December 2, in Karabakh, rescuers found bodies of 655 Armenian soldiers killed on the places of the battles.

On November 19, Armenian Minister for Public Health Arsen Torosyan reported about 2425 deceased soldiers, and since then, the information concerning combat losses was not updated. Soldiers continue to perish after the cessation of the hostilities. So, on December 1, two Karabakh soldiers were killed in an explosion while demining an area. The Vanadzor Office of the Helsinki Civil Assembly counted 586 soldiers missed in action.

According to the Azerbaijan's information as of December 3, 2783 military personnel of the country were killed in the period from September 27 to November 9.
