Residents of Chechnya reveal ways to avoid vaccination
In Chechnya, people are threatened with sanctions for refusing to get vaccinated against coronavirus; therefore, it is easier to buy a certificate that the vaccination has been made, local residents assert.
In Chechnya, mass vaccination of the population against the coronavirus infection is underway, a female employee of the Chechen Ministry of Public Health told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
Those who were first vaccinated included school employees of the Kurchaloi District, the head teacher of one of schools named Taus told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. "We became the first, because we are regarded as the 'Kadyrov's district,' since the major district village – Akhmat-Yurt – the fiefdom of Ramzan Kadyrov and his entourage is located here," said the woman. She believes that it is useless to resist vaccination, as "punitive measures will immediately follow."
The head teacher has added that many had brought certificates that they cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons; there were even those who presented certificates that they had already been vaccinated.
A resident of Chechnya named Zarema told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that some time ago she paid the nurse 2500 roubles for a certificate that her son had been vaccinated, because "they wouldn't let him to school without a certificate."
The woman added that the cost of a fake coronavirus vaccination certificate ranges from 1500 to 3000 roubles. "Thus, some people will fill in their wallets through vaccination," Zarema has suggested.
