Nagorno-Karabakh villager wounded in mortar attack

Suren Bagdasaryan, a resident of the village of Khramort, received shrapnel wound in the back during a mortar attack, the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has reported.

According to the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defence (MoD), on March 10, Azerbaijani militaries fired about 23 mortar shells in the direction of the Khramort village of the Askeran District (located in the territories of the Khodjali and Agdam Districts of Azerbaijan, – note of the "Caucasian Knot"). Also today, Baku has stated that the positions of Azerbaijani troops in the Agdam District were shelled from the Karabakh conflict zone.

As reported by Unan Tadevosyan, the head of the press service of the MIA of Nagorno-Karabakh, Suren Bagdasaryan, a Khramort villager, born in 1971, was wounded in the back after a mine explosion while doing agricultural work in his yard. He was hospitalized; his life is out of danger.
