Residents of Rostov farm frightened by missile incident
A crater with a diameter of about three meters has formed in place of liquidation of the ammunition that fell into the building of a resident of the Frolov farm; villagers are afraid to talk about the incident, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has found out.
At night on April 4, a part of a residential building in the Frolov farm located in the Oblivsky District of the Rostov Region was destroyed after a missile fell on it.
A neighbour of the pensioner, Alexei Khopersky, whose farm was damaged, said that farmers were forbidden to contact journalists.
Vera Tarapets, a pensioner, said that a "bomb fell" onto the farm, and prior to liquidate the missile ammunition, residents of one of the streets were evacuated to the other side of the village.
The accident with ammunition explosion in a farm is not the first in the Rostov Region this year. Thus, on February 19, sources reported the explosion of two shells in the Tarasovsky District, not far from the border with Ukraine. On the same day, special services reported shelling from the territory of Ukraine; two buildings in the villages were destroyed.
On February 21, a shell destroyed a Russian border checkpoint on the border with Ukraine located in the Rostov Region.
