The Azerbaijan’s authorities should stop the unjustified persecution of activists, the opposition National Council of Democratic Forces declares. The oppositionists have called to punish the persons responsible for the kidnapping of Bakhtiyar Gadjiev, the head of the NGO “Positive Changes”.
