Kadyrov reports sending volunteer group to Ukraine

A group of volunteers who came to Chechnya from different Russian regions have been sent to Ukraine to take part in the special military operation, Ramzan Kadyrov has informed, adding that the fighters have been equipped at the expense of the Akhmat Kadyrov Fund.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Ramzan Kadyrov is regularly reporting about sending detachments of volunteers from Chechnya to Ukraine, including residents of other regions of Russia. On May 29, he said that "hundreds, if not thousands" of volunteers arrive in Chechnya every day to be trained at the Russian Special Forces University in the city of Gudermes and sent to Ukraine.

Another group of volunteers have left the Grozny International Airport to take part in the special operation in Ukraine, the head of Chechnya has stated. "These are mostly ready-made specialists who have undergone all the necessary training at the Russian Special Forces University in Gudermes," Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel, adding that the Regional Fund named after Kadyrov equipped the volunteers with modern means. However, he didn't specify how many people were included into the today's group. The footage about sending the group, posted on June 6 on his Telegram channel, at least a hundred fighters can be seen.
