After his trip to Donbass, Delimkhanov offered post of first deputy at State Duma’s Security Committee
The State Duma’s Commission on Regulations has released a draft resolution on the appointment of Chechen MP Adam Delimkhanov as the first deputy of the State Duma’s Committee on Security and Combating Corruption.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 14, the head of Chechnya announced that his adviser Adam Delimkhanov was in Ukraine. On March 16, Kadyrov reported that Delimkhanov had discussed with Chechen commandos a plan to storm the "Azovstal" Mills in Mariupol. On April 26, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree conferring the title of Hero of Russia on Delimkhanov.
The State Duma’s draft resolution was submitted to the parliament by the Commission on Regulations and Ensuring the Activities of the State Duma. “To elect State Duma member Adam Sultanovich Delimkhanov as the first deputy chair of the State Duma’s Committee on Security and Combating Corruption,” says the draft resolution, which was posted on the State Duma’s website on June 6.
