Group of servicemen returns from special operation in Ukraine to Ingushetia
On June 12, fighters of the "Rosgvardiya" (Russian National Guard) from Ingushetia returned home from the special operation in Ukraine; hundreds of people came to meet them, the press service of the head of the republic has reported.
On June 7, a group of "Rosgvardiya" fighters from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) returned from Ukraine; after some rest, they will be sent to Ukraine again, Kazbek Kokov, the head of the republic, has informed.
The meeting of the above militaries who took part in the special operation in the DPR and LPR (Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics) was held in Magas, the capital of Ingushetia. Hundreds of people came to the square, including relatives of the returnees, says the republic's official website.
The head of Ingushetia, Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov, pointed out that their mission lasted "about four months." The returning "Rosgvardiya" fighters were awarded the anniversary medal "30 years of the Republic of Ingushetia," the press service of the head and government of Ingushetia has reported.
According to official data, at least ten residents of Ingushetia perished during the special operation in Ukraine.
