Aishat Kadyrova’s fashion house faces second lawsuit within a year
Until August 29, the Aishat Kadyrova’s fashion house “Firdaws” is to provide explanations to the Moscow Arbitration Court on a claim filed by the Joint-Stock Company (JSC) “Condé Nast” publishing house, which demanded to return a debt and pay a penalty.
The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that in 2016, Ramzan Kadyrov’s daughter Aishat Kadyrova headed the fashion house “Firdaws”, owned by her mother Medni Kadyrova.
The JSC “Condé Nast” publishing house filed a lawsuit to the Moscow Arbitration Court to recover a debt and a penalty from the “Firdaus” LLC, a fashion house, founded by Aishat Kadyrova.
According to the materials of the arbitration case, the publishing house claimed the 814,000-rouble debt of the Aishat Kadyrova’s fashion house “Firdaws”, as well as the necessary payment of a penalty of 893,000 roubles. It is known that the debt accumulated since July 2019, the “Kavkaz.Realii”* reported on August 14.
Earlier, the enforcement proceedings have been initiated against the Aishat Kadyrova’s fashion house “Firdaws” related to non-payment of taxes and fees, and the banking accounts of the fashion house “Firdaws” were frozen.
