Kadyrov calls draft evaders second-class people

The leader of Chechnya has called those who do not want to go to Ukraine as part of the mobilization cowards, traitors, and second-class people.

The Caucasian Knot has reported that on September 21, Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization. After that, tickets to Armenia and Azerbaijan were sold out several days in advance, and a multi-kilometre traffic jam lined up on the border with Georgia.

On his Telegram channel, Ramzan Kadyrov declares that those who do not want to go to Ukraine can make up different excusesrelated to politics or beliefs. But you should know that you are just a coward, a traitor, and a second-class person. When you need the state, you are a citizen with a capital letter. But when the state needs your support and you are handed over a subpoena, who are you? the leader of Chechnya asked.

On September 22, Ramzan Kadyrov announced that there would be no partial mobilization in Chechnya, since the republic had already overfulfilled the plan to send its fighters to Ukraine.
