Advocate accuses Adygean law enforcers of violating his rights

Zaur Tatlok, a lawyer of the Krasnodar Bar Association, has accused law enforcer from Adygea of hindering his professional activities. According to his story, he came to the police station with his client, who had complained about torture, but he was forced to leave by threatening with administrative prosecution.

On December 26, Zaur Tatlok told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that law enforcers wanted to seize his phone before interrogating the client. According to Zaur' version, on December 14, he arrived at the police station with his client Nurbijy Nagoy, who complained about violence from law enforcers, but was forced to leave because of fear for his safety and the safety of his client.

According to his version, a law enforcer approached them. "In a rude manner, he began kicking me and my client out into the street, while forbidding us to record his illegal actions on video cameras of mobile phones," the advocate has explained.

Nurbij Nagoy reported that he was tortured with a stun gun with a demand to take over the theft, which he had not committed. According to his story, law enforcers claimed that he was a suspect "in a criminal case on the theft of skewers and barbecue." Nagoy claims that he was held for a long time without being given water or being allowed to go to the toilet. Then, according to his story, law enforcers began insulting him and demanding that he take the blame for the theft or shift the blame to someone else. Failing to achieve what they wanted, one of law enforcers brought a stun gun and began shocking him.

"The abuse continued for about 20 minutes; then a law enforcer slapped me in the face with his palm, and I fainted," Nagoy said about the actions of one of the law enforcers.
