Defendants in case on Kondopoga disorders plead partially guilty

Today, the Kondopoga City Court has started considering on the merits the case about mass disorders. The RIA "Novosti" reports that one of 12 defendants has refused to plead guilty, the others did it partially.

The participants of anti-Caucasian pogroms that burst out on September 2, 2006, have admitted that they had taken part in destruction of other people's property, however, they object to the formulation of the prosecutor's office, which has qualified their actions as participation in mass disorders. Some of the defendants disagree with the volume of inflicted damage, which, by estimates of the accusation, exceeds 4.6 million roubles.
