FSB warns KBR woman against cooperation with foreign structures

A female resident of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic has transferred information abroad about the socio-political and socio-economic situation in the region, the FSB (Russian Federal Security Service) has reported.

According to the FSB, the woman used to monitor for money local media and transferred to some foreign structure the collected information about the socio-political and socio-economic situation in the KBR.

The head of the FSB's branch for the KBR has announced an official warning to the woman "about the inadmissibility of actions that create conditions for the commission of a crime under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (high treason)", the "Interfax" writes with reference to the FSB.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in February this year, the FSB officers detained a resident of the city of Armavir, who, according to their version, filmed several videos of protest actions and planned to hand them over to the US Embassy in Moscow. An official warning was announced to the man about the inadmissibility of treason, the FSB has informed.
