Third daughter of Chechen leader awarded Order of Akhmat Kadyrov

Khutmat Kadyrova, Ramzan Kadyrov’s daughter, who was appointed a supervisor of the Chechen healthcare system in March, has been awarded the Order of Akhmat Kadyrov, which is awarded for exceptional services related to the development of statehood and achievements in work.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that, like her two sisters, Ramzan Kadyrov’s daughter Khutmat Kadyrova was appointed to a top-ranking position in Chechnya. On March 14, she was appointed a supervisor of the republic’s healthcare system. According to analysts, the post of supervisor, to which 20-year-old Khutmat Kadyrova has been appointed to oversee the decisions of the Chechen Minister for Public Health on behalf of her father, does not exist in the Russian system of state administration.

The awarding of the Order of Akhmat Kadyrov to Khutmat Kadyrova became known from the congratulations posted by Akhmed Dudaev, Chechen Minister of Press, in his Telegram channel. Akhmed Dudaev has noted that “in any entrusted area, Khutmat Kadyrova achieves high results, demonstrating a deep understanding of the situation and professionalism.”

The appointment of relatives and close associates to various positions is a typical personnel policy of the leader of Chechnya, emphasizes Ruslan Kutaev, the president of the Assembly of Caucasian Nations.
