Two Krasnodar residents suspected of discrediting Russian Army

The cases of Maria Kostenko and Vladimir Skalsky have arrived at Krasnodar courts.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 4, 2022, liability for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces was introduced, after which residents of Russia, including those living in the North-Caucasian and Southern Federal Districts (NCFD and SFD) began to be prosecuted under the relevant administrative article. The Krasnodar Territory has found itself in the top ten Russian regions where most such cases were opened.

Law enforcers have drawn up a protocol under the article on discrediting the Russian Army against Maria Kostenko, a resident of Krasnodar, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project has reported.

A similar protocol was drawn up against Vladimir Skalsky, also a Krasnodar resident.
