Father with many children from Rostov Region fails to achieve dismissal from SMO zone
For three months already, Maxim Krivko, who was mobilized from the Rostov Region, cannot achieve dismissal from military service. Instead, he has been sent to the frontline.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that for many contract military servicemen, the command's refusal to dismiss them became a problem. This is done in order to send them to the special military operation (SMO), Valentina Melnikova, the head of the Union of Committees of Soldiers' Mothers, has suggested. They refer to the presidential decree on mobilization as the basis not to dismiss them, even though their contracts have expired, Artyom Mugunyants, a lawyer for the "Anti-Prizyv" community, has confirmed.
The wife of Maxim Krivko has accused the command of the army corps of violating the decision to dismiss her husband. In her appeal to President Vladimir Putin, she stated that her husband had not been allowed to go home for three months, despite the requirement of the draft commission – Maxim received a deferment as the father of many children, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project has reported.
Maxim Krivko, 34, was mobilized in October 2022; his third child was born in April 2023. In July, the headquarters of the Southern Military District reported this to his unit, but despite this, Krivko was sent to the frontline a few days later.
According to Maxim's wife, the prosecutor's office and the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) have ignored the complaints, the "Ostorozhno Novosti" (Take Care. News) Telegram channel has reported.
Let us remind you that in June, the Novocherkassk Military Court refused to satisfy the request of contract soldier Alexander Semenenko for dismissal from military service.
