136 former Chechen separatists will come out of Russian prisons and investigation wards because of amnesty

9 people are released from investigation wards because of the amnesty. 127 people who were already condemned and stay prisoned now also fall under the amnesty. Materials about them are being examined. The head of the Central Department of Penalty Execution of the Russian Federation Vladimir Yalunin informed journalists about it after the session of the Public Council under the Russian Minister of Justice.
