In Quarter III of 2023, no casualties were recorded during the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

In the period from July 1 until September 30, 2023, during the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus there were no reports about any victims. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from open sources.

Since 2009, for the entire time the "Caucasian Knot" has been running the statistics of victims, this was the third quarter in which not a single victim of the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus was recorded. The other two quarters were in 2022.

The presented statistics cannot reflect the number of victims with 100% accuracy. Not all the data makes it into news reports. It is not always possible to verify how true the statements of law enforcement bodies are; and new data about the events of the reporting period sometimes become known after the publication of statistics on the "Caucasian Knot".

Earlier, in Quarter II of 2023, six people were killed and eight others were wounded. A year ago, in Quarter III of 2022, no victims were recorded.
