Vladikavkaz resident fined for discrediting Russian Army

The Promyshlenny District Court of Vladikavkaz has imposed a fine on Sergey Sidorenko, treating his words spoken in support of the people of Ukraine in the presence of his neighbours as discrediting the Russian Army.

As reported by the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project with reference to the protocol, on November 30, Sergey went out onto the house landing and, in the presence of his neighbours, shouted that he "supported Ukrainians" and threatened the neighbours with violence. The neighbours wrote a denunciation against him.

"Sidorenko has pleaded guilty in committing an administrative offense; he has repented and explained that he was in alcoholic intoxication and didn't understand his actions," says the website of the above court.
