Dagestani blogger Yarmagomedov charged additionally with child pornography

Javier Yarmagomedov, a blogger and streamer, detained within the case of insulting believers' feelings by mocking the Christian cross-live on air, has been charged with child pornography circulation.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Javier Yarmagomedov, a native of Dagestan living in Moscow, has made a public apology to believers for trampling on a cross during a live broadcast on the Internet. Law enforcers detained him on charges of insulting believers' feelings. Yarmagomedov's charge follows a recent trend under which such cases often end in imposition of maximum sentences, lawyers have noted.

Investigators, having studied the blogger’s phone, found photos and videos in it, which, according to the expert’s conclusion, constitute child pornography. As a result, a criminal case was initiated.

Let us remind you that social network commentators demanded that the blogger and streamer be punished for desecrating a Christian symbol, and recalled the beating at the SIZO (pre-trial prison) of Nikita Zhuravel by a Ramzan Kadyrov's son for burning down the Koran.
