Vladikavkaz court refuses to consider case on discrediting Russian Army

The Promyshlenny District Court of Vladikavkaz has returned the case on discrediting the Russian Army to law enforcers; the case was opened against Arsen Tuaev, a local resident.

According to investigators, Tuaev had posted his comments in a Telegram channel, in which law enforcers saw signs of discrediting the Russian Army.

The court has refused to consider the Tuaev's case, since law enforcers failed to indicate the place where the offense was committed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that on June 22, 2024, the court found Zelimkhan Toguzov, a Vladikavkaz resident, guilty of discrediting the Russian Army for his posted video and fined him.
