Contract soldier from Astrakhan region killed in Ukraine

Azamat Abuyev was killed in a military operation in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the military operation, at least 553 fighters from the Astrakhan region have been officially recognized as killed in it.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, by June 24, at least 552 fighters from the Astrakhan region were officially recognized as killed in the military operation in Ukraine.

Azamat Abuyev, born in 1985, was killed in the military operation, the administration of the Volodarsky district reported on its Telegram channel on June 28.

Abuyev signed a contract in April 2025, and was killed in May. "Azamat has a mother, a sister and two brothers. One of them is still in the special military operation zone," the publication says.

Thus, at least 553 fighters from the Astrakhan region have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
