Military reported two drones shot down in Rostov region

Last night, the military shot down two drones launched from Ukraine in the Rostov region.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, last night, the military in Novoshakhtinsk and Aksaysky District destroyed drones launched from Ukraine, the acting governor of the Rostov region Yuri Slyusar reported. According to him, there are no casualties or damage. The official did not indicate the number of drones shot down.

Two Ukrainian drones were shot down in the Rostov region, the Ministry of Defense reported today on its Telegram channel. According to the report, five drones were destroyed by air defense systems on duty overnight, including two in the Kursk region and one in Crimea.

Recall that on the night of July 1, drones were shot down in Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog, Novoshakhtinsk, as well as in the Millerovsky, Myasnikovsky, Aksaysky, Neklinovsky and Matveyevo-Kurgansky districts of the Rostov region. According to the Defense Ministry, 16 drones were shot down in the region.

In Taganrog, windows were broken in an apartment building, cars parked nearby were damaged, and in the Vesely farmstead of Myasnikovsky District, fragments from a downed drone damaged a house.

On the night of June 25, drones were shot down in Azov, Taganrog, and Rodionovo-Nesvetaisky District. In Azov, the roof of a grain warehouse in the port was damaged, and in Taganrog, the building of the Avangard sports complex, a school, and two houses were damaged.
