The queue in front of the Crimean Bridge in Kuban has grown to 730 cars

The number of cars in front of the Crimean Bridge in Krasnodar Krai has more than doubled in four hours. Telegram users reported that they spent about two hours in a traffic jam.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, today at 06:00 Moscow time, there were 310 cars in line in front of the Crimean Bridge from the Taman side.

As of 10:00 Moscow time, there were 730 cars in line to the Crimean Bridge from the Taman side, the Information Center for Highways to the Crimean Bridge reported on its Telegram channel.

"The waiting time is more than two hours. There is no line in front of the inspection point from the Kerch side," the report says. According to hourly publications, at 07:00 Moscow time, there were 460 cars in the queue from the Taman side, at 08:00 Moscow time - 500, and at 09:00 Moscow time - 630. There was no queue from the Kerch side.

Today, users of the "Crimean Bridge Chat" Telegram chat also reported traffic jams in front of the bridge from the Kuban side. "At 7:50, we got stuck in a traffic jam from Taman. At 9:30, we entered the bridge," wrote Yuri.

"From the Taman side, we've been stuck for two hours," Annaaaa reported at 10:26 Moscow time. "2 hours in a traffic jam, 10 minutes of inspection. We got stuck in a traffic jam at 8:50, and just got through it now," Tamara shared at 10:38 Moscow time.

Recall that on July 17, 2023, the Crimean Bridge was attacked by Ukrainian drones, one span was destroyed, and another was damaged. Traffic on the bridge was restored only on November 1 of the same year.

On October 8, 2022, an explosion occurred on the Crimean Bridge, and two spans collapsed. Vladimir Putin called the incident a terrorist attack, and the FSB said that the organizer of the terrorist attack was the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Traffic on the bridge was resumed a month later.
