Drone shot down in Krasnodar region

In Krasnodar Krai, the military neutralized a drone launched from Ukraine. Another seven drones were shot down over the Black Sea.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, on the night of July 6, in Novorossiysk, the military repelled an attack by unmanned boats, the head of the city said. The Ministry of Defense reported that a drone launched from Ukraine was shot down over the Sea of Azov.

Last night, one drone was shot down in Krasnodar Krai, the Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel.

According to the publication, in total, the military destroyed and intercepted 91 drones overnight, including seven over the Black Sea. The department separately mentioned the drone shot down in Crimea. The remaining drones were neutralized over the territories of 12 regions outside the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts.

The Krasnodar Territory Operational Headquarters reposted the Defense Ministry's publication on its Telegram channel without adding any details.

Recall that on the night of July 4, the military shot down 26 drones in the Rostov Region. At the same time, in the village of Dolotinka, as a result of a drone attack, a floor slab collapsed in a two-story eight-apartment building, killing a pensioner. In Azov, a drone explosion damaged the windows in an apartment building where 120 people live. three temporary accommodation points have been opened for them.

In Novorossiysk, on May 3, as a result of a drone attack, residential buildings were damaged, three adults and two children were injured. Authorities said 192 apartments were damaged during the attack, with six apartments destroyed.
