Air attack repelled in Rostov region

Last night, the military repelled a massive drone attack in Rostov-on-Don, Millerovo, Donetsk and the Azovsky district.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, on the night of July 21, as a result of a drone attack, the roof of the Kamenolomny railway station in the Oktyabrsky district caught fire. In the village of Kamenolomny, a flower shop also caught fire, and in the village of Rakovo in the Krasnosulinsky district, a private house, a summer kitchen and two cars were damaged. The fires in the village of Kamenolomny were extinguished. In addition, drones were shot down in Shakhty, Novoshakhtinsk and Novocherkassk. According to the Ministry of Defense, 12 drones were shot down overnight in the Rostov Region.

Acting head of the region Yuri Slyusar reported on the destruction of drones in Rostov-on-Don, Millerovo, Donetsk and the Azovsky district in his Telegram channel in the morning.

"Due to falling debris in the courtyards of several private houses in the village of Krasny Sad in the Azovsky district, vegetation on the sites caught fire. All fires were quickly extinguished. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties among people," he wrote at 5.47 Moscow time.

We also recall that on the night of July 19, as a result of a drone attack, a railway employee on duty at the Likhaya station was injured. She was taken to hospital and then transported to the Rostov clinic by Russian Railways.
