Four fighters from the Volgograd region were killed in a military operation

Nikolay Minaev, Aleksey Eremichev, Anton Lupinoga and Nikolay Dudchenko were killed in combat. Since the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine, at least 1,280 fighters from the Volgograd region have been officially recognized as killed.

41-year-old contract soldier Nikolay Minaev was killed in a military operation in Ukraine, his funeral took place in the village of Bocharovsky. In March, he signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, and he died in April. He is survived by his mother, wife and son, the Novoanninsky District Administration reported on August 5.

Another publication on the District Administration's Telegram channel states that 24-year-old Aleksey Eremichev was killed on June 16. At the end of September 2022, Aleksey signed his first contract with the Wagner PMC. At the beginning of July 2024, he signed a second contract, this time with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In the area of the special military operation, Alexey served as a medic-assault trooper.

Earlier, district authorities reported that Anton Lupinoga and Nikolai Dudchenko were killed in the fighting.

Thus, at least 1,280 fighters from the Volgograd region have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
