Russian Ministry of Education announces creation of Federal Reference-Book "Public Resources of Education"

The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation invites Russian and international public unions and non-profit organizations to take part in the creation of an electronic database of educational projects to be included into the Federal Reference-book "Public Resources of Education". This work is implemented within the priority direction of the Federal Program of Education Development for 2003 "Attraction of Public Resources of Education for Its Modernization and Development". The performer of the work is the International Social and Ecological Union.

The purpose of the reference-book is to provide systematized information about educational projects of public unions and non-profit organizations, which were carried out and are being carried out now, directed to solve problems of education modernization and development.

The reference-book will be distributed among federal and regional education governing bodies, power organs of different levels, charitable foundations, and other organizations financing educational projects; this must promote support of projects published.
