Court acquvits the Muscovite accused of murdering an Armenian

Today, the Moscow Regional Court has passed an acquittal on the case of the nationality-motivated murder of Arthur Sardaryan, 19, committed in a Moscow suburb.

Thus, the young Muscovite who had been accused of murdering a citizen of Russia - a native of Armenia, has been repeatedly acquitted by jurymen's verdict. The "Interfax" reports that Simon Tsaturyan, advocate of the casualty's family, has stated that he finds the verdict illegal and unjustified and will appeal against it at the cassation instance.
