Consideration of the suit of the Ministry of Property of Dagestan against the Women's Charitable Hospital postponed
Today, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Dagestan held a preliminary hearing of another suit with a demand to abandon the premises lodged by the Ministry of Property Relations against the Regional Public Foundation named "The Charitable Women's Hospital".
The Ministry of Property Relations of Dagestan has made another attempt to vacate all the premises occupied by the Charitable Women's Hospital.
Since the parties have failed to present all the documents and evidences required for consideration of the case, Judge of the Arbitration Court Magomed Isaev made a decision to postpone the session till March 11.
