Deceived Stavropol shareholders return from Moscow

Today, the delegation of deceived shareholders returns from Moscow, Vladimir Prikhodkin, leader of the Stavropol Organization of Deceived Shareholders, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

"We were accepted at the Reception Office of the President of the Russian Federation (RF) and at the RF State Office of Public Prosecutor, and they promised to help us. These are not the first promises given to us by responsible officials, but there's no real help so far."

Mr Prikhodkin has also noted that as a whole in Stavropol (according to administration's data) there are 25 construction objects with deceived shareholders.

Meanwhile, in Stavropol the deceived shareholders of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Spas-XXI" are on their third week of daily watch.

The Kasparov.Ru reports with a reference to the IA REGNUM that 300 families have become victims of the LLC "Spas-XXI," a total of 9,500 square meters of their apartments remain unfinished. The shareholders assert that their losses from the unfinished construction total to 160 million roubles.

Vassiliy Akinin, head of the construction company, was put behind the bars by court decision, and a criminal case was initiated on the fact of his fraudulence - the investigation has detected cases of multiple (up to 13 times) sale of one and the same apartment by his company, and also cases when contracts were not registered in the books, and money bypassed the cash department.
