North Ossetian court admits violations at re-registration of "Voice of Beslan"

The Supreme Court of North Ossetia has admitted the fact of numerous violations when making a ruling on re-registration of the "Voice of Beslan" Committee. Nevertheless, it is not yet clear when the complaint of the Committee members will be considered.

"The Board of the Republic's Supreme Court has postponed the consideration of our complaint because Judge Panayotidi had make a lot of violations," Ella Kesaeva, co-chair of the "Voice of Beslan" Committee, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. "They gave him time to correct the mistakes."

"It is nonsense for the judicial system, the Board should have just cancelled his decision," Ms Kesaeva is sure.

We remind you that the victims have addressed the Investigatory Committee of North Ossetia with a demand to recognize the documents, on the basis of which the court ruling was made, to be falsified. To establish the truth it is necessary to examine the signatures - it is a common judiciary practice. However, the experts cannot do it, as the protocol presented to the court is a copy, but signatures cannot be verified in a copy: under the law, all written evidences should be submitted only in the original. Besides, Ms Kesaeva and other members of the Committee have presented to the Investigatory Committee about a dozen notarially certified evidences that they had never signed the protocol.
