Employee of Radio Liberty released in Azerbaijan

Today, the Nakhichevan City Court of Azerbaijan has passed a decision to release Ilgar Nasibov, a journalist of Radio Liberty, from under arrest.

The Court has changed its previous verdict of a three-month imprisonment for one year of conditional punishment, the Radio Liberty reports.

Elchin Bekhbudov, head of the Azerbaijani Committee against Torture, has informed today that it became clear during monitoring that tortures were not applied to Nasibov, the Day.Az reports.
