NAC: 50 NGOs abroad support Chechen separatists

Victor Orlov, a representative of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), has stated that more than 50 nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) abroad are supporting militants in Chechnya.

"By frankly supporting Chechen terrorists, they disseminate, in particular, information about Russia's genocide in Northern Caucasus," Victor Orlov said and added that "even official bodies in the West are using this information."

The ITAR-TASS reports that the NAC's spokesman has explained that the operation of the organizations, which are supporting separatists of Chechnya "was launched last year in the USA and a number of European countries."
