Resident of Kabardino-Balkaria states criminal case fabrication against his son

Boris Malkarov, a resident of Kabardino-Balkaria, has addressed his complaint to the Prosecutor's office of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), public human rights organizations and mass media stating that a murder criminal case is fabricated against his son Kerim Malkarov, 26, an employee of the "Children's World" trade enterprise.

Kerim Malkarov, detained as a murder suspect, was in his workplace on the day when the crime was committed. The fact was confirmed by eyewitnesses who saw him, and his alibi was also evidenced by the workers of those wholesale trading enterprises, where he purchased the goods.

The investigation was given the invoices, by which one can easily fix, hour after hour, where he was on that day. Nevertheless, on June 12 Kerim Malkarov was charged of murdering his close friend Murat Mukov.

The indictment runs that Malkarov was allegedly recognized by certain Kazmakhova, who was sitting in a car at the crime moment. But for some reason the investigation has disregarded the fact that the external features of the attacker that she had given completely mismatch Malkarov's appearance.

On June 18, 2008, the fact of indicting Malkarov, K. B., was recognized to be illegal by Miziev, М. Т., Public Prosecutor of the Chegem District.

The investigation has disagreed with the Prosecutor's demand. And some time later, a certain suspect named Guchapshev appeared, who is talking about his presence when and where the crime was committed.
