Four supposed rebels liquidated in Chechnya

In a combat skirmish that burst out on July 28 in the Urus-Martan District of the Chechen Republic four supposed members of armed underground groupings were killed. There are no losses among power agents.

A spokesman of Chechen power agencies has stated: "Yesterday, in a large forest near Tanga-Chu village, Urus-Martan District, militaries of the Internal Troops, engaged in reconnaissance-searching actions, detected a grouping of militants. In the course of an armed clash, all the four bandits were liquidated. There're no casualties or injured persons among the interior servicemen."

The militia officer has noted that the militant who was killed on July 27 has been already identified as Said-Selim Gazimagomadov, born in 1989, a native of Kotar-Yurt village, Achkhoy-Martan District.

Thus, if we trust the official data, only on July 25-28, 12 IAF (illegal armed formation) members were liquidated in the territory of the Chechen Republic. The losses of militiamen in these last days made four casualties and three wounded.
