Dzhussoev: Brovtsev's appointment is an experiment on sick body of South Ossetia

The today's appointment of Vadim Brovtsev as a new prime minister of South Ossetia is Eduard Kokoity's personal initiative; and the Kremlin has nothing to do with it, asserts Albert Dzhussoev, one of the major opponents of President of South Ossetia. He is very critical towards this choice, saying that today "is not the time to make experiments on the sick body of poor South Ossetia."

Let us remind you that today the parliament of South Ossetia has agreed to President Kokoity's proposal to appoint Vadim Brovtsev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chelyabinsk-based building company "Vermikulit", the Chairman of the Government of South Ossetia. After that, the newly appointed Prime Minister has promised to form the new government of South Ossetia in three weeks.

Let us note here that according to some sources, the candidate for the post of PM was approved by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Russian Federation. Analysts think that the appointment to this post of the top manager of a huge civil engineering company is called to boost the restoration works in South Ossetia. In its turn, the South-Ossetian opposition is sure that resignation of the previous government will be used by Kokoity to lay the blame for failure of restoration works on some of the dismissed ministers.

Let us remind you that on August 3 President of the republic Eduard Kokoity signed a decree to dismiss Aslanbek Bulatsev from the post of the Chairman of the Government (Prime Minister) of the republic because of his state of health (recently, because of illness he was practically absent in his post in South Ossetia). The powers of the whole government were also stopped.
