Azerbaijan intends to forbid country for those who visit Karabah without permission

"I presume that we should not let any foreigner in Azerbaijan - whether it is a congressman, a mass media representative, a public figure or a politician - if he or she visits Nagorny Karabah without a permission of the official Baku", declared Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Vilayat Guliyev. In his opinion, Azerbaijan should be more decisive in this question.

Guliyev's declaration was a response to the fact that a delegation of staff officials of the US congressmen and senators visited the capital of the Nagorno-Karabah Republic Stepanakert on August 19.
