In Ingushetia, opposition states DDoS-attacks on their website

Last night, the DDoS-attacks (Distributed Denial of Service attack), which continued during the last two months on the website of the Ingush opposition "Ingushetia.Org", reached its maximum; therefore the whole day today, as reported by the leader of the Ingush opposition Magomed Khazbiev, the work of the resource was paralysed, despite strong protection and permanent work of the website programmers.

"We have so many protection tricks installed at our site, but all the same, attacks continue. For the latest two months, we're all the time opposing the attacks. But these recent days the attack was especially powerful. We're attacked all the time, by earlier they were weaker, but last night it was something terrible - the count of visits exceeding one million. Someone is purposefully fighting against us. But, I think, the site will work all the same," Mr Khazbiev told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to his story, these last days the website has published materials and facts, in particular, on violations during the elections in Ingushetia on October 11. Magomed Khazbiev believes that the powerful attack was somehow related with this.
