Next week, HRC "Memorial" to lodge full cassation against court ruling on Kadyrov's claim

Now, the advocates of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" are preparing a cassation complaint on the decision of the Tver Court of Moscow, which had partially satisfied the claim of the President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov to the head of the HRC Oleg Orlov. The complaint will be lodged to the Moscow City Court.

According to advocate Anna Stavitskaya, it will be done next week. "We don't agree with the court's ruling. None of our arguments was analysed. The ruling runs that we've failed to support our evidences," she said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Andrei Krasnenkov, advocate of the President of Chechnya, is also preparing his full cassation complaint. Now he waits for the ruling of the Tver Court; as soon as he receives it, he will address the higher instance.
