In Ingushetia, process on Magomed Evloev's murder resumed
On November 5, the court resumed the consideration of the murder case of Magomed Evloev, owner of the website "Ingushetia.Ru". The case is considered by the Karabulak City Court.
Militiaman Ibragim Evloev, who worked then in the security service of the then MIA head Musa Medov, is accused of murdering Magomed Evloev by inadvertency. As the "Kommersant" newspaper writes, the defendant's party has stated at the trial that the lost oppositionist had almost himself provoked the fatal shot.
Ibragim Evloev, a suspect of murdering his namesake Magomed, has repeatedly broken his recognizance not to leave. The "Ingushetia.org" website reports that the inspector, who is investigating the case, has admitted that he was ordered to send the case to the court with formulation of "casual firearms handling", although he himself had admitted the fact of a deliberate murder.
