Refugees from "Bella" became outcasts

Dozens of families of Chechen refugees from the tent camp "Bella", which was forcedly liquidated at the end of September, were moved to the other tent centre of temporary accommodation "Satsita" and are in the state of outcasts so far. Neither electrical nor heating equipment has been installed in their tents to this very day. Children of these refugees, mainly first-year pupils, have no chance to attend classes as there are not enough seats at the "Satsita" camp school.

Requests of the former "Bella" inhabitants to appropriate structures for granting help have no reply.
