One person lost and three wounded by two explosions in Kabardino-Balkaria
As reported by local law enforcement bodies of the republic, today in the morning, when a car with militiamen was blow up in the city of Baksan in Kabardino-Balkaria, a local resident was wounded and a militiaman was contused. Yesterday, on May 11, in the evening in city of Maiskiy a car exploded: a man was killed and another one was wounded.
Let us remind you that at night on May 10, when unidentified persons shelled a STSI (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, known as "GIBDD") in a suburb of the city of Baksan one militiaman was lost. At night, a self-made bomb was found in the same city.
The latter incident took place at about 5:00 a.m. Moscow time. In the suburb of Baksan an unidentified explosive device was triggered under a Zhiguli car with a driver and two militiamen inside. As a result, the driver - a local resident was wounded, the militiaman who sat close to him was wounded, both were hospitalized; the other militiaman remained safe.
Now, the malefactors are searched, as the "Interfax" reports.
In the evening on May 11, in the city of Maiskiy, an explosion was also triggered in the crossing of Gorky and Engels Streets, when a passenger car with four men inside stopped at the traffic lights. One of the passengers perished, one more was wounded and the remaining two disappeared from the place of the incident, the "Grani.Ru" writes.
As reported by the "Caucasian Knot", in the morning on May 9 in the centre of Nalchik an explosion happened in a shop. According to the preliminary data of the militia, a non-shell explosive device was planted on the entrance roof overhang of the shop. The version of household gas explosion is also considered. Residents of nearby houses were evacuated; the place of the incident was cordoned. Nobody suffered.
On the previous day, May 8, in the afternoon, an explosive device blew up under the car of an operative agent of the Elborus ROVD (District Interior Division) of Kabardino-Balkaria; the victim was hospitalized.
At night on May 7 in Kremenchug-Konstantinovskoe village, Baksan District of Kabardino-Balkaria, a self-made explosive device of directional effect was triggered under the bottom of a VAZ-21099 car belonging to an employee of the Centre to Counteract Extremism of the MIA of the KBR (Kabardino-Balkarian Republic). However, the bomb did not blow up. The explosive had the power of about 400 grams in trotyl equivalent.
